Samsung Galaxy Folder 2 Android flip phone passes China's TENAA
Samsung's upcoming budget Android powered flip phone, Galaxy Folder 2 was spotted on GFXBenchmark website a month ago. Now Galaxy Folder 2 has been certified by China's TENAA, which means the release is just around the corner. It will be the successor of Galaxy Folder.
Most of the Galaxy Folder 2 specs listed on TENAA are in line, with, what appeared on GFXBench. The specs include 3.8-inch 380 x 800 display, 1.4GHz quad-core Snapdragon 425 SoC w/ Adreno 308 GPU, 2GB RAM, 16GB inbuilt expandable storage, 8MP rear camera and 5MP front camera. It is expected to have dual-SIM slots and pack 2000mAh battery.
The Samsung Galaxy Folder 2 will arrive in Gold color and is rumored to cost around $250 (Rs. 15,999). The original Galaxy Folder was limited only to Samsung's home country South Korea market, so don't expect a world-wide release. However, the handset passed FCC (U.S) last months, which means the handset is likely to release in U.S.
