YouTube To Come Up With New 'Comment Additions & Changes'
YouTube is now finally focusing on improving user experience on its APP. To cut the story short, the major highlight is Comments Section. So basically, what users are going to get soon on the app are the same abilities that web version of YouTube comments provide to users that are LIKE, DISLIKE and COUNTS of replies buttons.
Images are sourced from Android Police, Now talking about the changes we have got images to compare. On the left is the current comments interface running all over and on the right side is the new cleaner interface that is in testing phase for now. To what we say additions are those new little LIKE, DISLIKE and REPLY COUNT buttons right beneath the Comment that weren't used to be there before. Another thing we have got to cover here is that FILTER button just below the full screen toggle. It basically has 2 options-
i) Top Comments
ii) Newest First
The Top Comments thing presumably might include those comments with most likes and Newest first is self explanatory.
Heading towards minor tweaks, we have some font changes that you can notice as some have got a lighter shade and some fonts are now bold and dark in shade (Commenting Name for reference). Also the Comment heading has comment counts partnered with it now so that one can easily know for the numbers of comments that particular video has got. That's all!
Its good to see that YouTube team is focusing on adding things to the roots and making user experience more appreciable. Not to mention this update seems to be a server-side thing and might take sometime to go live to everyone. So, wait for a more productive YouTube app to reach.
