Asus ZenFone 3, ZenFone 3 Deluxe, ZenFone 3 Ultra, ZenFone 3 Laser launched in India

Asus at its Z3nvolution event in New Delhi today launched the ZenFone 3 smartphone line up in India, which comprises of ZenFone 3, ZenFone 3 Deluxe, ZenFone 3 Ultra and ZenFone 3 Laser.

All phones feature metal unibody design, fingerprint scanner, Hybrid dual-SIM slots, 4G LTE w/ VoLTE, USB Type-C, WiFi 802.11ac, microSD card support and runs Android Marshmallow with Zen UI 3.0 on top.

The ZenFone 3 will come in two variants ZE520KL (5-inch, 3GB RAM, 32GB storage) and ZE552KL (5.5-inch, 4GB RAM, 64GB storage) priced at Rs. 21,999 and Rs. 27,999 respectively.  Specifications – 1080p Super IPS+ display with 2.5D Gorilla Glass 3 protection, Snapdragon 625 SoC, 16MP/8MP cameras and 3000mAh battery.

The ZenFone 3 Deluxe also comes in two variants, one with Snapdragon 820 SoC/64GB storage priced at Rs. 49,999, and the other Snapdragon 821 SoC/256GB storage priced at Rs. 62,999. The specs include 5.7-inch 1080p Super AMOLED display with Gorilla Glass 4 protection, 6GB RAM, 23MP/8MP cameras and 3000mAh battery with quick charge.

The ZenFone 3 Ultra is priced at Rs. 49,999 and offers 6.8-inch 1080p display, Snapdragon 652 SoC, 4GB RAM, 64GB storage, 23MP/8MP cameras and 4600mAh battery with Quick Charge 3.0 support.

The camera-centric ZenFone 3 Laser's specs include 5.5-inch display, Snapdragon 430 SoC, 4GB RAM, 32GB storage and 13MP PixelMaster rear camera, while the ZenFone 3 Max has 5.2-inch display, quad-core MT6737 processor, 3GB RAM, 32GB storage, 13MP rear camera, 5MP front camera and 3000mAh battery (no USB Type-C port). It has been priced at Rs. 18,990.

The Asus ZenFone 3 will be available via all major e-commerce websites including Flipkart, Snapdeal, Amazon India starting today and will go on sale in offline stores before the end of the August. The ZenFone 3 Deluxe, ZenFone 3 Ultra and ZenFone 3 Laser will go on sale next month through  Flipkart, Amazon, Snapdeal and leading retail stores and Asus Exclusive Stores across the country.
