Infocus launches Epic 1 with Helio X20 SoC, 16MP camera for Rs. 12,999
U.S smartphone maker has launched a new flagship smartphone in India today. Dubbed Epic 1, it is the second smartphone in the country to utilize MediaTek's deca-core Helio X20 processor, the first being Zopo Speed 8.
The Epic 1 will be available exclusively on Amazon India from October 25 for Rs. 12,999 in Gold color.
Running InLife UI 2.0 on top of Android 6.0 Marshmallow, the Epic 1 has a full metal body and 5.5-inch Full HD LTPS display with Corning's Gorilla Glass protection. It packs Mali-T880 MP4 GPU, 3GB RAM and 32GB expandable storage.
There's 16MP camera on the back with dual-tone LED flash, f/2.0 aperture, PDAF and 8MP front shooter with f/1.8 aperture and 82-degree wide-angle lens.
Connectivity options include hydrid dual-SIM slots, 4G LTE, VoLTE, WiFi 802.11ac (2.4/5GHz), Bluetooth 4.1, GPS, Infrared sensor and USB Type-C. The Epic 1 has a 360-degree fingerprint scanner on the back and is fueled by 3000mAh battery.
The Infocus Epic 1 will be competing with the likes of Xiaomi Redmi Note 3, Moto G4 Plus, LeEco Le 2 and Lenovo's K5 Note.
