Intex Aqua Strong 5.2 with 4G VoLTE, 2GB RAM, Android Marshmallow launched for Rs. 6,390

Intex has launched a new smartphone dubbed Aqua Strong 5.2 in India. It is an upgraded Aqua Strong 5.1 (now available for Rs. 4,999) and comes with more RAM, and supports 4G with VoLTE (Voice over LTE).

Running Android 6.0 Marshmallow, the Intex Aqua Strong 5.2 features 5-inch FWVGA (854 x 480 pixels) IPS display and has a layer of Gorilla Glass 2 protection. It is powered by 1GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6735 processor paired with Mali T720 GPU and 2GB RAM, along with 16GB inbuilt storage, which can be expanded via microSD card.

The camera department is handled by 5-megapixel rear camera and 2-megapixel front facing camera. Both front and rear camera units are accompanied by LED flash. Apart from 4G VoLTE, there's support for dual-SIM slot, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, 3.5mm audio jack, FM Radio and GPS for connectivity. A 2800mAh battery keeps it running which is rated to deliver talk time up to 16 hours on 3G / 4G & 22 hours on 2G and up to 466 hours of standby time.

The Intex Aqua Strong 5.2 is priced at Rs. 6,390 and will be available across channels in the country. It comes in Blue, White and Champagne colors.
