LYF F1 with 3GB RAM, 4G VoLTE, 16MP camera launched for Rs. 13,399
Reliance Retail sub-brand LYF has launched a new mid-range smartphone dubbed LYF F1.
The brand is touting several smart features for the LYF F1, including Smart Ring to help locate the smartphone when in silent mode, and Smart Play, which will pause a playing video when the user looks away from the screen. It also has gesture support and the ability to play two video side by side on the screen.
According to the brand, the LYF F1 is specifically designed to use the services offered by Jio to the fullest. For this, the phone is equipped with carrier aggregation and LTE+ support to provide faster internet speeds and snappier browsing experience. The feature also boosts battery life.
Coming to the specs, the LYF F1 has a 5.5-inch Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) display with a layer of Gorilla Glass 4 and is powered by octa-core Snapdragon 617 processor paired with Adreno 405 GPU and 3GB RAM, along with 32GB internal storage, which can be expanded via microSD card.
It gets 16MP rear camera with dual-tone LED flash and PDAF, and 8MP front facing camera. For connectivity, there is dual-SIM slots, 4G LTE, VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1 and GPS. It runs Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow and is fueled by 3200mAh battery.
Priced at Rs. 13,399, the LYF F1 will be available via Relaince Digital stores across the country starting today in a single black color only. It is backed by a 2 year warranty and comes with Jio Welcome Offer. The first 18 customers of LYF F1 will get a free Bluetooth speaker worth Rs. 3,000 and Rs. 15,000 worth Relaince Retail gift vouchers.
