LYF Flame 7S with 4-inch display, 4G VoLTE launched for Rs. 3,499

After a gap of one month, Reliance Digital sub-brand LYF is back with another affordable smartphone in the Flame line up dubbed Flame 7S.

It is a toned down version of LYF Flame 7 and comes with less RAM, storage and camera unit, but gets a slightly bigger battery. Similar to other LYF branded smartphone it has support for 4G VoLTE and is targeted at buyers looking for a smartphone under Rs. 5,000.

Running Android 5.1 Lollipop, the Flame 7S has 4-inch WVGA (480 x 800 pixels) display with Asahi Glass protection and is powered by 1.5GHz quad-core Spreadtrum processor with 1GB RAM and 8GB storage, which can be expandable via microSD card.

The camera department is handled by 5MP rear camera with an LED flash and 0.3MP VGA front camera. In terms of connectivity, the handset offers dual-SIM support (4G+2G), 4G, VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v4.0, GPSIt is backed by an 1800mAh battery, which is rated to deliver talk time of up to six hours on 4G, and standby time of up to 400 hours.

The LYF Flame 7S is priced at Rs. 3,499 and is available from Reliance Digital stores across the country. It comes in Black and Red color.
