Swipe Elite 2 Plus with 5-inch display, 4G LTE launched at Rs. 4,444

Swipe has added a new smartphone to its online-only Elite line up called Elite 2 Plus boasting 4G LTE, which means it is compatible with Jio's 4G network and eligible for Jio's Welcome Offer. It is a variant of Elite 2, with bigger display but falls short in the processing and camera department.

The Swipe Elite 2 Plus features a 5-inch IPS display bearing the resolution 854 x 480 pixels and is powered by a 1.5GHz quad-core Spreadtrum SC9830 processor with Mali-400 GPU, 1GB RAM and 8GB built-in storage, which can be expanded via microSD card.

It gets a 5MP main camera with LED flash and 2MP front facing camera. Connectivity options include dual-SIM slot, 4G LTE, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 and FM. It is fueled by a 2500mAh battery and runs the outdated Android 5.1 Lollipop.

The Swipe Elite 2 Plus is priced at Rs. 4,444 and is now available for purchase exclusively available from Flipkart. It comes in Charcoal Black and Ivory White colors.
