Xiaomi 10000mAh Mi Power Bank Pro launched in India for Rs. 1,999

Xiaomi has launched a new power bank in India with 10000mAh battery capacity. Dubbed 10000 Mi Power Bank Pro, the device will go on sale during Xiaomi's Diwali sale between October 17 to 19 at Rs. 1,999.

The Mi Power Bank Pro boasts two-way charging, which means it can output power  from the Type-A connector and can be charged from the Type-C connector. 

The power bank comes bundled with a cable that has USB Type-C connector at one end and USB Type-A connector on the other side. Similar to other Xiaomi power banks, the device offers nine layers of circuit chip protection, taking care of issues like over voltage, over charging, high temperature and short circuits. It also has support for safe charging for low power devices like Mi Band and Mi Bluetooth headset.

The device sports an aluminum body, is 12.58mm thin and weighs. It has a power button and four LED lights for battery level indication.

Xiaomi claims that 10000mAh Mi Power Bank Pro is capable of fully charging an Android phone with 3000mAh battery for 2.5 times, an iPhone 6 four times and an iPad Mini 1.5 times. The power bank is rated to go from zero percent to full charge in just three hours 50 minutes.
