Google’s Daydream View VR headset will be available from November 10
Last month, Google at its Pixel event introduced the Daydream View VR headset and started taking pre-orders a couple of weeks back. Now Google has announced the availability details of the VR headset.
The Daydream View VR headset will be available in the U.S, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany and Australia from November 10 via Google Store and third party retailers. It will have a price tag of $79 (Rs. 5,280) and comes in Slate color. It will also be available Snow and Crimson colors in the coming days.
Pricing & availability details
The DayDream View comes with Daydream controller which slides right inside the headset when not in use. The VR headset is compatible with Pixel and Pixel XL smartphones and supports apps like YouTube, Street View, Play Movies and Google Photos. Other compatible phones are expected to be announced in the coming months.
