YotaPhone's Production Will Be Done In China From Now On

YotaPhone was recently in the headlines for it's unique and interesting offering of a double sided screen device. YotaPhone now seems to be struggling in profit margins.

The company's operations in the Singapore factory, where the company had been producing it's phones till now, have been halted. Yota had manufactured the first and second generation of it's phones in the Hi-P factory of Singapore, which according to the company have not proven out to be satisfactory due to the problems in quality, production cost and production rate as well. All these problems have made the Russian tech firm to take a step forward and shift it's production facility to China.

According to the company, the device profit margin will have a positive impact of a whooping 30% if it's future devices will be produced in ZTE's China plant. Not only this, ZTE will also help Yota in designing the prototype for it's future devices. All these positives have encouraged the company to produce it's next lineup of smartphones in China itself. Yota plans to release it's next device in the first quarter of 2016.
