ZTE launches CYMBAL-T Android flip phone in the U.S

Chinese smartphone maker ZTE has launched a new smartphone in the U.S called CYMBAL-T, which is a low priced entry-level flip phone with touch display. The flip phone sports a Black textured casing with metal edges.

The ZTE CYMBAL-T features 3.5-inch touch screen display and has quad-core Snapdragon 210 processor w/ Adreno 304 GPU, 1GB RAM and 8GB internal storage, which can be expanded via microSD card (up to 32GB).

The camera department is handled by a 5MP rear unit wwith LED flash and 2MP selfie camera on the front. Connectivity duties are handeled by 4G LTE, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS. It runs Android 5.0 Lollipop and is fueled by 1800mAh battery, which is rated to deliver up to 10 hours of talk time and six days of standby time.

Priced at $99.65 (Rs. 6,700), the ZTE CYMBAL-T will be available for purchase in the U.S from Home Shopping Network bundled with a car charger, case, app pack and 1,200 minutes of texts and data. It will also be available from Wal-Mart stores and BestBuy as well.
