Amkette launches Evo GamePad Pro 2 Wired gaming controller

Amkette last year, launched Evo GamePad Pro 2 Bluetooth game controller for Android devices. Now the company has launched a wired version of GamePad Pro 2 called Evo GamePad Wired.

Unlike the Evo Gamepad Pro, which connects to Android devices via Bluetooth, the Evo Gamepad Pro Wired connects to the device using an OTG cable. However, the functioning is same, the controller transforms your Android device into a gaming console, and lets you play games using physical controls, and you don't have to use the device's touchscreen.

The Evo GamePad Wired sports same design as the GamePad Pro 2, but gets a sturdier and secured clamp that can hold up to 6-inch screen sized Android devices which support OTG. The controller also has multimedia keys for controlling the volume while playing games.

The company says the controller will let you play more than 450 games on your Android devices. Some of the gaming titles include GTA: San Andreas, Thomas Was Alone, Wolf Among Us, Dead Trigger 2, Bastion, Limbo, Beach Buggy Racing and more.

The Amkette Evo GamePad wired is priced at Rs. 2,599 and is now available through all online and retail stores across the country. It also available at a discounted price of Rs. 1,299 when bundled with the Lenovo K6 Note.
