HTC Appears To Be Rolling Out Nougat 7.0 To The HTC 10 In Australia, VoLTE Support Included
HTC has apparently started rolling out Nougat 7.0 to the HTC 10 users in Australia. An Australian Redditor who owns a HTC 10 claims to have received the update.
The 1.38GB update includes support for VoLTE and VoWiFi. That means after this update voice calling should work on both WiFi networks and LTE based networks. Android Nougat brings a lot of new features with it. These include a customisable quick settings panel, bundled notifications with support for quick reply through the notification itself, setting tile summaries, split screen and a better battery life courtesy of Doze On The Go. The all new SenseUI 8.0, based on Nougat, will breathe a fresh life into your phone and you will surely relish the new user experience SenseUI has to offer.
HTC has had already rolled out Android 7.0 to both the carrier locked and unlocked variants of the HTC 10 in the USA. HTC now appears to be heading out for a global rollout of the Nougat 7.0 update.
