Nokia 3310 Is Announced, Official Details

HMD, in hopes for bringing back the Nokia nostalgia, was rumored to launch the iconic 3310 that used to be people's favourite device and they admire it even in today's smartphone era for it's long lasting battery life and toughness. Today, making it a reality, HMD Global announced the resurrection of the Nokia 3310. The featured phone is slated to go on sale in the second quarter this year.

The device barely matches the old 3310 as the design of the new 3310 barely matches that of its predecessor. The vibrant colors give a youthful appeal to the Nokia 3310, although the curves and structure of the device matches the old 3310.

Although the specifications are decent enough for a device priced at $52 (3500INR), but one can get a low end Android phone in the same price segment. However owing to the brand name of Nokia and the revamp of an iconic model, sales are expected to create some records once the handset goes on sale sometime in Q2.
