Swipe Konnect Star with 16GB storage, 4G VoLTE launched at Rs. 3,799

Swipe is launching a new ultra affordable VoLTE enabled smartphone in India called Konnect Star with entry level specs. It runs Android Marshmallow and includes support for 12 regional languages.

Spec-wise, the Connect Star appears to be an upgraded model of Connect 4G with a slightly better screen resolution and double RAM and storage.

The Swipe Konnect Star features a compact 4-inch FWVGA display, 1GHz quad-core processor, 1GB RAM and 16GB storage, which is expandable via microSD card.

It gets 5MP rear camera with an LED and 1.3MP camera on the front. Connectivity options include dual-SIM slots, 4G, VoLTE, WiFi, Bluetooth and GPS, and gets juice to keep the lights on from a 1800mAh battery, that is rated to deliver up to 10 hours of talk time, and up to 180 hours of standby time.

The Swipe Konnect Star is priced at Rs. 3,799 and will be available exclusively via ShopClues in Silver, Gold and Grey colors.
