Hugo Boss, Tommy Hilfiger and Diesel unveil Android Wear 2.0 wearables

Fashion brands Hugo Boss, Tommy Hilfiger and Diesel have jumped into the smartwatch bandwagon. The brands have introduced their new smartwatches running Android Wear 2.0 at BaselWorld 2017 watch show.

Unfortunately, apart from prices and a couple of photos and details, the brands have not revealed much info about the new smartwatches.

The Hugo Boss Touch is the company's first Android Wear smartwatch, and is made of carbon black IP stainless steel, and includes interchangeable straps. It can be used for Android Pay via its NFC feature. The Hugo Boss Touch will be available for purchase globally in August for $395.

The Tommy Hilfiger TH24 is a more affordable option and its packs Qualcomm's Snapdragon Wear 2100 chip, but does not support NFC. It will be priced at $299, when it goes on sale later this year.

Lastly, the Diesel On also runs on the same Snapdragon Wear 2100 processor and come with fitness tracking capabilities. Although its looks like a rugged smartwatch, it actually isn't. The watch will cost $325 when it hits the shelves later this year.
