Nougat OTA To Be Rolled Out For Verizon HTC 10 Starting March 30
HTC's VP of Product Management Mo Versi has announced that the Nougat update for the Verizon variant of the HTC 10 will be rolling out Thursday, March 30 onward.
HTC 10 Verizon owners! Greatly appreciate all your patience and support. N OS is here! We have TA and OTA to start on Thur 3/30. Thank you!

HTC had rolled out the update to the unlocked versions of the device in November last year, while the update had been extended to T-Mobile and Sprint variants of the HTC 10 in January and respectively.
Since both the unlocked and carrier locked HTC 10 had been treated with Nougat 7.0, we expect the update to be no different for the Verizon HTC 10. The Android version of the update is thus expected to be 7.0, and not the latest 7.1.
The update will consist of HTC's Nougat based customized skin of SenseUI. Nougat brings in features such as bundled notifications with quick reply, multi-window, an editable quick settings panel, data saver and summaries in the settings options. The updated version of Doze puts your device in a low powered deep sleep state when it's idle, thus saving up on some precious battery juice.
