Honor 8 Lite launching in India soon,

Huawei sub-brand Honor launched the Honor 8 Lite in Finland and China back in February. Now the device is all set to launch in India.

P. Sanjeev, Vice President of Sales, Huawei & Honor Consumer products India has shared a teaser image of Honor 8 Lite on Facebook & Twitter, along with tag line "#Honor8lite coming soon". The teaser also mentions that the device is available for pre-order in the country, but it is not known from where it can be pre-ordered.

To refresh your memory, the Honor 8 Lite is a toned down version of the dual-camera toting Honor 8. It comes with 5.2-inch Full HD display, octa-core Kirin 655 processor, 4GB RAM, 64GB storage, 12MP rear camera, 8MP front camera, 3000mAh battery and fingerprint scanner. It runs Android Nougat based EMUI 5.0 out of the box.

As of now the pricing and availability details are not known, however, according to a recent report from IANS, the Honor 8 Lite is expected to go on sale in India on May 10 and will be priced under Rs. 20,000.
