Refurbished Galaxy Note 7 Models Receive FCC Certification

Post the Galaxy Note 7 fiasco, Samsung had announced that it will be making the refurbished variants of the Galaxy Note 7 available in select regions. A report from The Korean Economic Daily in February had claimed that the Note 7 might be back in the market by June 2017. Three models of the refurbished Galaxy Note 7 - SM-N935K, SM-N935L, and SM-N935S - have now received FCC's approval hinting that the official return of the Galaxy Note 7 is just around the corner.

The refurbished Galaxy Note 7 models are slated to be launched in the Korean market. It is being speculated that the three models will be individually associated with Korean carriers - SK Telecom (SM-N935S), KT (SM-N935K) and LG U Plus (SM-N935L).

The refurbished trio are expected to hit the shelves sometime next month. Reports also claim that the refurbished variants of Note 7 will come with a smaller battery capacity of 3,200mAh and Android's latest offering of Nougat.
