Xiaomi's New Redmi 4 To Launch Next Week In India
After 1 million unit sold in just 45 days for Xiaomi Redmi Note 4, now up next is a new smartphone by the company dubbed Redmi 4 that is going to launch in India real soon. Redmi 4 was launched in China last year and the price was 799 Yuan and now in India, the expected price of the device is Rs.7000.
The features of the smartphone stands to be having a 5 inch HD (720x1280) screen at a PPI of 296 pixels per inch. Redmi 4 has 1.4 GHz Octa-core Snapdragon 430 SoC processor with 505 GPU. This Smartphone comes with 2GB of RAM and 16 GB of internal storage and it can be expanded up to 128GB via SDcard but the catch is that there is Hybrid Sim Slot so you can either put 2 SIM Cards and in the other case 1 SIM Card and a MicroSD Card.
The Camera is 13MP at the rear (f/2.2, phase detection autofocus, Geo-tagging, touch focus, face/smile detection, HDR, panorama, real-time filter Mirror camera, continuous shooting mode) with LED flashlight and 5MP (Second generation 36 intelligent beauty, self-timer, real-time beauty, f / 2.2 aperture, countdown self-time, facial recognition) at the front.
Redmi 4 has 4000mAh long lasting battery and company claims 217 hours 4G standby, 48 hours continuous call, 14 hours continuous games and 16 hours continuous video playback. At the OS side, it runs on Android Marshmallow 6.0 with MIUI8.
Sensors it carries are GPS, accelerometer, gyro, proximity, infrared, ambient light sensor and for security purpose, there is fingerprint scanner which is as usual Xiaomi style rear mounted.
