Gionee A1 Plus with dual-cameras lands in India for Rs. 26,999
Gionee released the camera-centric A1 in India back in March for Rs. 19,999, and now it is launching its bigger sibling 'Plus' version in the country. While the Gionee A1 had a single, camera, the A1 Plus comes with dual-cameras and upgraded specs.
The Gionee A1 Plus has been priced at Rs. 26,999 and will be available from offline stores starting tomorrow July 26, in Mocha Gold and Black hues. The company is also bundling a 18W fast charger and two-year extended warranty as well.
The A1 Plus's dual-camera consists of 13MP f/2.0+ 5MP f/2.2 lenses with PDAF and an LED flash. The selfie camera on the front is a 20MP unit with f/2.0 aperture and selfie flash as well for better performance in low light conditions.
It features 6-inch Full HD IPS curved glass display that's protected by Gorilla Glass 3 display, and has a fingerprint scanner emebdded into its physical home button. The performance is handled by 2.5GHz octa-core MediaTek Helio P25 processor, Mali T860 GPU and 4GB RAM. On-board storage is 64GB and is expandable via microSD card.
It runs Android Nougat based Amigo OS 4.0 and is fueled by a massive 4550mAh battery. Connectivity duties are handled by hybrid dual-SIM slots, 4G LTE, VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1 and GPS.
