Xiaomi released the Mi Note 2 in China back in October along with Mi Mix. The device was offered in two versions: 4GB RAM/64GB storage and 6GB RAM/128GB storage. Now the Chinese smartphone maker has announced a new special edition of Mi Note 2.
The special thing about the phone is that it packs 6GB RAM, and is affordably priced. It also has 64GB storage on-board, while the rest of the specs remain the same.
The new Mi Note 2 Special Edition has been priced at CNY 2899 which is around Rs. 27,500 or $426. For comparison, the existing Mi Note 6GB RAM variants costs CNY 3299 ($486 | Rs. 31,300).
As for the other specifications, the Mi Note 2 special Edition comes with 5.7-inch QHD OLED Sunlight Display Pro, Snapdragon 821 processor, 4070mAh battery and runs MIUI 8 based Android Marshmallow.
