Samsung Galaxy Note8 runs through GFXBench and AnTuTu, no surprise
Samsung's Stylus-toting Galaxy Note8 will be unveiled next week (August 23), and the specs and design are no mystery, thanks to the plethora of leaks. However, now the Galaxy Note8 has made an appearance on GFXBench and AnTuTu, and confirms all the specs related leak, we have been treated so far.
As per the listing, the Galaxy Note8 will have 6.4-inch display (6.3 rumored) with a screen resolution of 1440 x 2960 pixels. It will boast the same Infinity display found on the Galaxy S8/S8+, and have an aspect ratio of 18.5:9. This also means that the Note8 will have very slim bezels, and the screen space will be more.
The Galaxy Note8 run through AnTuTu has a Snapdragon 835 mobile chipset backed by Adreno 540, while the one found on GFXBench has Exynos 8895 chip with Mali-G71 GPU. An earlier report suggested that Qualcomm version will be exclusive for the U.S market, and the Exynos for the rest of the world.
The phablet will have 6GB RAM and and 64GB internal storage with microSD card support. The dual-camera, which is a first timer on Samsung's device, will comprise of 12MP and 8MP sensor, and the front shooter is a 8MP sensor. It will boot Android 7.1.1. The battery capacity is not mentioned, but rumors point out to 3300mAh.
According to earlier reports, the Galaxy Note8 will get most of the features found on Galaxy S8/S8+ such as rear-mounted fingerprint scanner, Iris scanner, face recognition, IP68 water and dust resistance, and support for DeX dock.
