GoPro launches HERO6 Black and Fusion cameras
Action camera maker GoPro at an event in San Francisco has introduced two action cameras – HERO6 Black, which can shoot up to 4K60 videos, and the Fusion with 5.2K spherical camera.
The GoPro HERO6 Black is the successor of last year's HERO 5 and sports rugged and waterproof design (up to 10m). It can shoot 4K videos at 60fps and 1080p videos at 240fps. It is powered by GoPro's custom designed GP1 processor, which enables twice the video frame rates, improved image quality, dynamic range, low-light performance and improved video stablization, over previous HERO camera generation.
The GP1 processor automates all these benefits, to deliver vibrant videos and stunning photos. Thanks to GP1's computer vision and machine learning capabilities HERO6 Black can analyze visual scenes and sensor data for improved automated QuikStories, which is a feature within GoPro app that makes it easy to share short videos.
GoPro HERO6 Black features:
Next is the GoPro Fusion camera which can shoot immersive 5.2K spherical video with 360 audio or 18MP spherical photo. It can capture both fully immersive VR content as well as non-VR video and photo format.
