Moto X Style Gets August Security Patch In India

Sticking to the quarterly security patches fashion, Motorola has started pushing August security patch for Moto X Style in India. It is to be noted that the device had recently received the Nougat upgrade and this new update on top of it tends to fix some bugs whilst increasing the security level.

The new security patch comes in with the build number NPHS25.200-15-3. We can't really complaint about the fact that the update is not Nougat 7.1.1 as it is indeed great to see that the company is still caring about old devices. 

The OTA is now being rolled out in India and the notification might soon pop up on your Moto X Style. Please note that since OTA updates are rolled out in batches, it might take some time for the update to bw available for your device. You can check the update manually by getting into the Settings > About Phone > Software Updates.
