Moto G5 Plus gets another price cut, now available for Rs. 13,999

Ahead of the Moto X4 launch (November 13), Motorola India has announced price cut on the Moto G5 Plus. The phone was launched in the country back in Marach in two RAM/storage variants: 3GB/16GB for Rs. 14,999, and 4GB/64GB at Rs. 16,999.

Now the the 4GB/64GB Moto G5 Plus is getting a second price cut.  The phone was already retailing at a discounted price of Rs. 14,999, and now it has received another Rs. 1,000 price cut, and will sell for Rs. 13,999. It is not known if the price cut is permanent or temporary.

At the discounted rate you can grab the Moto G5 Plus from Amazon India and Flipkart. Do note that the Moto 3GB/32GB model is currently retailing at Rs. 13,999, but the higher variant now will be a better option if you're planning to buy the phone. That said, if you spend Rs. 2,000 extra, you can buy the dual-camera toting Moto G5S Plus, which also gives you more storage as well.

Additionally there are some offers bundled with Moto G5 Plus. Flipkart is offering up to Rs. 13,000 exchange offer, EMI options from Rs. 679 per month, and extra five percent off on Axis Bank Buzz Credit cards. Amazon India on the other hand is offering 15 percent cashback with Amazon Pay balance, and EMI options from Rs. 666 per month.

To recall the specs, the Moto G5 Plus features 5.5-inch Full HD IPS display with Gorilla Glass 3, octa-core Snapdragon 625 Mobile Platform, 12MP f/1.7 rear camera with dual autofocus pixels, 5MP f/2.2 front camera, fingerprint scanner, 4G VoLTE, dual-SIM slots and 3000mAh battery. It runs Android Nougat out of the box.
