Price drop: Xiaomi Mi Router 3C available for Rs. 999

Xiaomi India has announced a temporary price cut for the Mi Router 3C. It was launched in India back in May this year for Rs. 1,119, and has now received Rs. 200 price cut, so now you have to shell out Rs. 999 to get one.

At the discounted Rs. 999 price tag, the Mi Router 3C will be available for purchase from Mi.com, Amazon India and Flipkart. The limited period price cut is valid till November 16.

To recollect, the Mi Router 3 is a 802.11 b/g/n single-band router operating on 2.4GHz frequency, and supports up to 300Mbps transmission speed. It provides a range of 80m and can be connected to up to 64 devices.

The router has four high-performance copper  antennas: two for transmitting data, and the other two to receive data. It also features a dedicated PCB circuit.

It is equipped with MediaTek MT7628N processor, 64MB RAM and 16MB storage. The ports include 2 X LAN port, 1 x RJ45 Want port and a power port. 

You can configure the router using the Mi WiFi app available for iOS and Android device. The app also offers functions like parental control, that lets blacklist/white-list unwanted websites or setting time limits on child internet usage; set timers for turning the WiFi on or off, real-time data monitoring for bandwidth usage, WiFi booster and setting up guest network.
