Quantum Hi Tech 15000mAh Power Bank launched for Rs. 2499

Mobile accessory maker Quantum has launched a new power bank India that packs 15000mAh battery and carries the "Made in India" sticker.

Dubbed Quantum Hi-Tech Power Bank, the company says it can retain more than 85 percent of its capacity even after 500times charge/discharge cycles, which prolongs the battery's shelf life. It comes with dual output ports and boasts 10W (5V/2A MAX) output power and has an RISC micro processor which enables fast charging and enhanced battery life.

The power bank includes built-in LED indicators to indicate charging is in process and the amount of charge left. It also comes with a torch-light. 

Similar to other power banks, Quantum Hi-Tech power bank also ships with BIS approved Lithium-Ion batteries, and has built-in safety mechanisms to prevent overcharge, under-charge and short circuit protection.

The Quantum Hi-Tech 15000mAh Power bank has been priced at Rs. 2,499, and will be available from major offline mobile stores in Black and White colors.

In related news, yesterday, Xiaomi launched two new Made in India power banks called Mi Power Bank 2i 10000mAh and 20000mAh  priced at Rs. 799 and Rs. 1,499 respectively.
