Timex launches Blink Activity tracker in India starting at Rs. 4,495

Timex is launching a brand new activity tacker in India called Time Blink. The popular watch maker has partnered with Indian consumer technology start-up to manufacture the Timex Blink.

Similar to other fitness tracker, the Timex Blink can track your daily activities such as steps taken, distance traveled, calories burner and sleep patterns. It is also integrated with SOS technology, which can be used for sending instant mail and SMS in case of emergency, for which its uses, the user's GPS location.

The fitness tracker features 0.9-inch OLED touch display and is powered by Nordic nRF52832 processor. It also includes 6-axis motion sensor, built-in SOS and microUSB 3.0 port for charging. It also has Bluetooth connectivity to pair with compatible Android and iOS devices.

It is fueled by 90mAh battery, which is capable of delivering 10 days of battery life and 12 days of standby time.  It comes with a removable core and interchangeable straps that comes in leather, stainless steel and silicone material with the option of three case colors: Black SS, Silver, SS and Rose Gold SS. As an introductory offer users will get a free additional Silicone sports strap.

The Timex Blink model with leather strap is priced at Rs. 4,495, and the bracelet style band model costs Rs. 4,995. It is now available for purchase from authorized Timex stores across the country.
