Home bred device maker 10.or (Tenor) has launched its most affordable smartphone till date: 10.or D starting at just Rs. 4,999. The phone is part of "Crafted for Amazon" program and runs Android 7.1.2 Nougat out of the box, which is upgradable to Android Oreo. It also has fingerprint scanner and dedicated slots for dual-SIM and microSD card.
Coming to the specs, the 10.or D features 5.2-inch HD IPS display and is powered by 1.4GHz quad-core Snapdragon 425 processor paired with Adreno 308 GPU. It comes in two RAM/storage variants: 2GB/16GB and 3GB/32GB, and the storage is expandable via microSD card.
For photography, there's 13MP f/2.0 rear camera assisted by an LED flash, and 5MP f/2.0 selfie camera also accompanied by an LED flash unit. It is fueled by 3550mAh battery and supports 4G VoLTE, WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity.
As for the pricing, the 2GB/16GB 10.or D model costs Rs. 4999, while the 3GB/32GB model is priced at Rs. 5999. It will be available exclusively on Amazon India starting January 5 in Beyond Black and Aim Gold color. The phone has been priced competitively considering the specs, and will compete with Xiaomi's Redmi 5A.
