LG announces Signature Edition in South Korea for $1800

LG has announced a premium variant of its V30 flagship, which is even more costlier than the iPhone X.

Dubbed LG Signature Edition, it sports zirconium ceramic back panel, which is more scratch-resistant as compared to metal or glass. The device comes in two colors White and Black, and customers can engrave their name on the rear panel. It also comes bundled with two Bang & Olufsen headsets: Bluetooth and wired.

As for changes in the specs department, the LG Signature Edition comes with 6GB, RAM, 256GB internal storage and runs Android Oreo out of the box. To remind you, the LG V30 had 4GB RAM, 64GB/128GB and shipped with Android Nougat.

Nothing else has changed in the specs department. The LG Signature Edition will feature 6-inch QHD+ P-OLED FullVision display with 18:9 aspect ratio, Snapdragon 835 processor, 16MP+13MP dual rear camera, 5MP front camera, fingerprint scanner, IP68 water and dust resistance and 3300mAh battery.

Coming to the pricing, the LG Signature Edition will cost a whooping 2 million won ($1800 | Rs. 1,18,000), which is higher than iPhone X's 1.63 million won ($1490 | Rs. 97,000) in the country. But LG will only be selling 300 units of the Signature Edition.
