Price drop: Gionee A1 Plus and A1 Lite gets up to Rs. 3000 price cut

The Gione A1 Plus and A1 Lite were launched in India for Rs. 26,999 and Rs. 14,999 respectively. Now both the phones have received up to Rs. 3,000 price cut.

The Gionee A1 Plus has received a price cut of Rs. 3,000, and is now available at Rs. 23,999, whereas, the Gionee A1 Lite is now priced at Rs. 13,999, after Rs. 1,000 price cut. At the discounted rates, both are available from offline mobile stores. However, the Gionee A1 Lite is also available on Amazon India for as low as Rs. 12,7999.

To sweeten the deal further, customers who buy the Gionee A1 Plus will get 10GB additional data per month for six months on a recharge of Rs. 309 from Reliance Jio. Gionee A1 Plus buyers will get 10GB additional data per month for six months on any data recharge of 1GB and above from Airtel.

In addition buyers will also get two Paytm cashback vouchers codes with Rs. 250 cash back on a minimum purchase of Rs. 350 on Paytm mall.

To recap the specs, the Gionee A1 Plus comes with 6-inch Full HD display, MediaTek Helio P25 procssor, 4GB RAM, 64GB internal storage, 13MP+5MP rear cameras, 20MP selfie camera, fingerprint scanner and 4550mAh battery. It runs Android Nougat based Amigo OS 4.0 and supports 4G VoLTE. Color options are Mocha Gold and Black.

The Gionee A1 Lite on the other hand is a downgraded version. It ships with 5.3-inch HD display, octa-core MediaTek MT6753 processor, 3GB RAM, 32GB internal storage, 13MP rear camera, 20MP selfie camera, fingerprint scanner, 4G VoLTE and 4000mAh battery. It runs Android Nougat based Amigo 4.0, and come in Red, Black and Gold colors.
