Samsung Galaxy J2 Pro (2018) render surface
Samsung's upcoming budget handset, the Galaxy J2 Pro 2018 was recently spotted on Geekbench with Snapdragon 430 processor, 2GB RAM and Android 7.1.1 Nougat on-board.
And now CAD based renders and 360-degree video of the Galaxy J2 Pro 2018 has surfaced courtesy of @onleaks and 91mobiles. The renders reveal the design of the phone from all angles.
As seen in the render, the rear panel of the Galaxy J2 Pro 2018 is getting a major refresh. To remind you, the Galaxy J2 Pro, which was launched last year, flaunted LED ring around the rear camera that enabled Smart Glow feature. However, in the Galaxy J2 Pro 2018, Samsung is ditching the LED ring in favor of the front facing flash for improved low-light selfies.
Speaking of the design, the Galaxy J2 Pro 2018 will have rounded corners, a plastic body and removable back panel. At the back the rear camera and LED flash unit sits inside a pill shaped module, while the speaker is placed next to it.
On the front below the display, Samsung is keeping its iconic home button, but its likely not to hide the fingerprint sensor. The power key is placed on the right, with the volume controls on the left. At the bottom, there's micro-USB port, while the top side houses the 3.5mm audio jack.
The Galaxy J2 Pro 2018 is said to have a dimension of 143.1 x 72.2 x 8.6mm. The source says the display size will be 5-inch same as its predecessor, and color options the phone will arrive in include Black, Silver, and Gold.
Unfortunately, there is no information when Samsung will launch the Galaxy J2 Pro 2018.
