Vodafone India's new Rs. 409 & Rs. 459 plan offers unlimited 2G data

Vodafone India has launched new tariff plans under its Super Plans line up for its prepaid customers in Andhra Pradesh & Telangana, Madhya Pradesh & Chhattisgarh, Bihar & Jharkhand, and Himachal Pradesh circles: Rs. 409 and Rs. 459. 

The same plans will also be available in Jammu & Kashmir circle at even more affordable rates Rs. 359 and Rs. 409 respectively. 

These plans offer unlimited voice calls (local, STD, and roaming), 100 SMSes per day, and unlimited 2G data without any fair usage policy. However the difference is in the validity.

The Rs. 409 tariff plan comes with a validity of 70 days, while the Rs. 459 plan has a validity of 84 days from the date of recharge. Similarly, in the Jammu and Kashmir circle, the Rs.359 and Rs. 409 plan has a validity of 70 and 84 days respectively.

According to Vodafone India, the primary intention of these plans is to offer 2G data in those circles where it doesn't have any 3G/4G coverage.

These two plan join the most affordable Rs. 176 Super plan, which Vodafone India rolled out last week in Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgrah circle. It offers unlimited voice calls (local, STD, roaming), 100 SMSes per day and unlimited 2G data for 28 days.
