Essential Releases Oreo Beta 3 For PH-1

Essential had promised to update the PH-1 to Oreo before the end of 2017, but that didn't happen. We're half way past January and the stable Oreo update still isn't in the foresight. For now, Essential has released a new Oreo beta build for the PH-1.

The new beta build (build number - OPM1.170911.254) appears to be rolling out as an over-the-air (OTA) update to users who are currently using the second beta build. If you would like to install the beta build, you can do so by downloading the build from the link in the source and following the installation instructions therein. You can also flash the Oreo beta 3 over beta 2.

The "New Features" mentioned in the above screenshot were present in the second beta build. So the changes over the last beta include the January security patches (which also includes fixes for Spectre and Meltdown) and bug fixes.
