Asus ZenFone Max Pro M1 Gets Updated With Face Unlock, April Security Patch & Bunch Of Improvements
Asus launched the ZenFone Max Pro M1 in India two weeks ago. The smartphone went up for pre-orders yesterday and shortly went out of stock. The buyers of the ZenFone Max Pro can expect to see an update on their phone right after the first boot. The update which Asus started rolling out today includes face unlock, April security patch, and improvements to the camera, audio, gyroscope, fingerprint reader and battery standby time. The update size is 125MB and it has the build number is OPM1.WW_Phone-14.2016.1804.252-20180428. Asus has said that it will be providing security patches to the ZenFone Max Pro once in every two months. The company has a "strong intention" of updating the Max Pro to Android P, followed by Android Q. Asus has promised to improve the Max Pro continuously via software updates.
