Latest OxygenOS Open Beta For OnePlus 3/3T & OnePlus 5/5T Brings May Security Patch, New Features To Launcher & More
Ahead of the launch of the OnePlus 6, OnePlus has released new OxygenOS Open Betas for the 3, 3T, 5 and 5T. The builds for the 5 and 5T are based on Android 8.1, while those of the 3 and 3T continue to be based on Android 8.0. OnePlus has promised to update the 3 and 3T to Oreo 8.1.
Apart from the difference in the Android version, the changelog is same for all the smartphones. The beta builds comprise of the May security patch, optimizations for OnePlus Switch, support for group multimedia messages, and new features for the OnePlus launcher.
