Xiaomi Launches Mi Pad 4 LTE With 8" FHD Display, Snapdragon 660 & More

Today, Xiaomi announced two new devices for China: the Redmi 6 Pro (which we have already covered) and the Mi Pad 4 LTE. The Mi Pad 4 is a mid-range device like the Redmi 6 Pro. The tablet has an 8-inch Full HD display, Snapdragon 660, and an overwhelming 6000mAh battery.

There are two variants: one with 3GB RAM and 32GB storage, and the other with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage. There is no support for memory expansion. There is a single 13MP OmniVision sensor at the back with f/2.0. The front-facing 5MP sensor from Samsung has an aperture of f/2.0 and it supports face unlock.

The tablet runs Android 8.1 Oreo-based MIUI 9 out of the box. The body is made of metal and there is a variant with support for 4G VoLTE. The Mi Pad 4 comes in Black and Gold colours. The pricing and detailed specifications are given below. Like the Redmi 6 Pro, the Mi Pad 4 will be sold in China, to begin with. The device is expected to be available in other countries as well.
