CardinalAOSP v5.7.0 Released With July Security Patch, Live Volume Steps & More

The CardinalAOSP team has been hard at work to keep the ROM up-to-date in terms of security and to add new features. We now have a new release of the ROM. CardinalAOSP v5.7.0 brings the latest security patches, a couple of new features, updated translations and numerous fixes.

With this update of the ROM, the CardinalAOSP developers have added Live Volume Steps. This feature allows you to customise the number of volume steps for media, system, ringtone, alarm, voice call and notification volume. Also, users will now be able to hide the signal icons and carrier label for the disabled SIM card.

Margarita—the Substratum theme designed by the CardinalAOSP team—has also been updated. Talking about themes, several new quick setting tiles have been exposed for theming by Substratum theme designers.
