OnePlus 5/5T get OxygenOS 5.1.7 with fixes for Bluetooth, support for Idea VoLTE & more
OnePlus has just pushed out an update for its yesteryear flagship duo of the OnePlus 5 and the OnePlus 5T. The update adds VoLTE support for Idea subscribers in India, October security patches, and fixes for Bluetooth.

Idea currently provides VoLTE services in a limited number of regions in India. These include Maharashtra ( Including Mumbai), Goa , Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Tamilnadu, Gujarat, Kerala, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Punjab, Haryana, Karnataka, West Bengal, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Bihar, Himachal Pradesh, Odisha, Jammu & Kashmir, Assam & North Eastern States. If you live in any of the above-mentioned regions, you should be able to enjoy VoLTE services. VoLTE should be activated automatically after you install the update. However, in case VoLTE isn't activated, you can do so manually by sending an SMS ‘ACT VOLTE’ to 12345.
You will be getting an update notification if you are using the stable version of OxygenOS. Custom ROM and OxygenOS beta users will have to manually install the update. The flashable files for OxygenOS 5.1.7 weren't available at the time of writing this article. We shall update this article when OnePlus posts the download files.
